Riad is in a very good location in the middle of Marrakech. Shops and restaurants are all within a short walking distance. Rooms are traditional as one would expect in a Riad but comfortable and clean. Common area is also very cute and well maintained.
While staff seems very friendly and helpful, be careful on what they try to charge you for. We were given tea which seemed complementary but was then charged for. A 10 minute taxi ride from the train station cost us more than 110 Dirham when offered by the hotel when in reality it costs way less. Before checkout we were also asked to pay for our bill when it was already paid through the website.

La situación del riad es de lo mejorcito,es fácil de encontrar y el personal es muy atento,la profesionalidad y amabilidad de los trabajadores es sin duda para quitarse el sombrero,el menú del desayuno cambia al día y si te vas de excursión y estás fuera del horario del desayuno no pondrán impedimento para que desayunes antes. Sin duda este riad es lo que representa la esencia de lo que significa la cuidad marroquí.Gracias por hacernos las vacaciones más cómodas y apacibles.
Lo único que le falta para ser perfecto es una piscina donde poder escapar del calor de marrakech

La ubicación era muy buena, esta cerca de la plaza pricipal. Las camas muy comodas.
En los 7 días que estuvimos no pasaron a limpiar la habitación ni ha ponernos papel ni nada

El desayuno estaba bien la habitación tenía cucaracha pero quizás eso en Marruecos era normal.
La primera noche cuando lleguemos, me avisó que La Luz de nuestra habitación no estaba bien entonces nos llevó a otro riad donde no estaba descuidado además no había nadie viviendo ahí sin avisarnos nada por adelante. El día siguiente nos puso en el riad donde reservamos antes. Pero el baño no estaba muy limpio.
